We offer conferencing in hybrid format to enable global participation.

Many of our conferences take place in a hybrid format, with an online joining option through a dedicated portal, designed to maximise interactions with the whole conference community.

Digital accessibility highlights:

  • In-person and online delegates have access to the recordings of conference talks. These recordings are made available the day after broadcast, for four weeks after the conference ends.
  • For online delegates, a live captioning service is available for each talk, using the Chrome web browser.

Our carers’ grants scheme enables access to financial support to cover the costs of caring duties whilst you attended a course or conference.

We believe that all scientists should have access to the right learning and training opportunities, enabling you to achieve your full professional potential, regardless of who you are. We aim to remove as many financial barriers as possible for research and healthcare professionals looking to access your next course or conference with us.
